The need for this information became necessary as a result of series of reports from prospective IJMB students who in one way or the other have been defrauded as a result of making payments either through Bank deposit, online transfer etc into private/personal bank account all in the name of undergoing IJMB programme on UNILORIN campus.

According to reports, one of the fraudsters Identified himself as Dr Aluko. IJMB guide took time to look into the issue and we found out that Dr Aluko as he addresses himself is not only into IJMB scam as we could also trace his post to other programmes.
The student who Identified herself as Adejare Tosin explained via phone conversation with IJMB guide that she was asked to make a payment of #12,000 for UNILORIN IJMB application form. (UNILORIN do not offer IJMB programme) and that the registration will be processed on UNILORIN portal. This was another UNILORIN IJMB scam alert.
On making the payment, she was asked to make another 8,000 payment for late registration into the same account (personal account). At this point, she was confused and had to draw our attention to the issue.
…meanwhile, we want to use this medium to inform the public that as at the moment of writing this post, UNILORIN have not started organizing IJMB programme as they only accept the results…
Similarly, several parents have also called to complained about the same issue.
Below are some of the tricks you should know in order not to fall for UNILORIN IJMB scam.
1. Do not make any payment into any account carrying a personal name e.g Abraham Azeez.
2. Do not fall for anyone who tells you that UNILORIN has a study centre for IJMB programme. This is because UNILORIN only accept the result.
3. If IJMB form is more than 10,500, think twice before making payment. This is because IJMB registration is between 8,000 to 10,500 depending on the centre you are registering with.
In all, We implore the general public to be weary of online fraudsters who do nothing but to defraud innocent students by telling them to make payments into their personal accounts. Students are therefore adviced to either register at any of our accredited registration or study centres in other to avoid scam cases.
